Returns And Refunds

The below returns information applies to non-precious metal items. For details on returns relating to Precious Metal items, please contact us directly.

You can return any item purchased on the Lowndes online store within 28 days of the delivery date.

Returns can be collected from your home, work or an alternative address. It is that simple... 

Sign into your account and under My Orders:

  • Select the order number containing the item or items you would like to return.
  • Click on the Create a Return button and follow the steps.

We will then send you an email containing your Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA).

On the reverse of the invoice that was enclosed with your jewellery, you will see an empty box stating RMA number.  Do write your RMA number in here and then take a photo of this complete page for your own records.  Enclose the invoice in the shipping box, together with the jewellery, packed very carefully in the same way that it arrived.  Stick the enclosed returns label on to the outside of the shipping carton.
