Deliveries within the UK:
Sadly, we currently only deliver to the UK.
Once we have dispatched your order, an email will be sent to you. This email will contain your Airway Bill No. and will allow you to track your parcel's progress online.
If you have a registered account with us you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account. From there, go to Order Status.
If you enter your mobile number at checkout we will also send you an SMS notification once your order has been dispatched. Should you want to make any changes to the delivery, follow the link provided in the SMS and choose from the following options:
- Reschedule your delivery for a nominated day
- Put your shipment temporarily on hold
- Arrange to collect your order from a DHL service point
